In the past week I've gotten a few emails with a link to this Divine Comedy Sketch:


See, here is the major problem we have with Provo's PR campaigan. BYU culture is not Provo culture, so when they sing Provo, Utah Girls/Eighteen, Clueless and Baby-hungry it makes Provo look weird. But this is a BYU thing, not a Provo thing. I'd venture to guess the girls in this video are not legal or cultural Provoans, but they sure make cute BYU students.

I know, please don't send me an email telling me this is a JOKE. Can't you take a JOKE c jane? But in the battle for Provo's Public Relations there is no room for joking, or women riding around in their wedding dress on roller blades.

Now will you please excuse me, I have a daughter to raise here in Provo.
