Live in Eagle Mountain now, teach high school photography & one class for UVU here at the high school...I've been doing photography as a business since 2002 (yes, I was in high school when I started!). I'd love to get together with other photographers & take some photos for fun. I got to take some photos in Washington DC for the Courts out there-- very cool because they NEVER let photographers in the court room.. I work very hard to make sure my photography students have a good experience... I set up a study abroad with my students two summers ago & we went to France, Germany Liechtenstein, Austria & Switzerland... I'm trying to do one next summer to Italy & Greece but the economy is so bad right now we'll just have to see if people can come.. um, yep. That's me :)

Ok, so I know that everyone here is trying to get a camera bag, but I have a genuine need for a guide to Provo accomodations. Can you please help? My husband and I will be coming out to Provo from Washington D.C. in August to take our daughter to school. We plan to stay for a week and see the sights. Do you know of any cheap places without bugs crawling in them that we can stay? Obviously there are numerous hotels that I can find online, but is there any hostel type or B&B or anything like that which you might know of since you are the Provo Guru? Some little known accomodation that needs our business? Please e-mail me at [email protected] if you have time. I know you are busy getting ready to birth a baby, but any help would be great. Even if you say, "I don't know...get a hotel" that is fine too. I just want to check out the possibilities before I book a hotel. Thanks!!!!

My photo subject is so not female. He's an adorable (then three, now four-year-old) with a passion for making paper robots. He tells me the shape he wants, I cut the cardstock, then he adds glue and buttons and sometimes remote controls. I also adore his messy, messy face with a hint of a smile - okay fine, no smile.
