Go to the 12th Annual Doll House Festival running from Oct.7, 8 and 9 at the Provo Historic Library. Dozens of cozy, doll houses custom made by local artisans and crafters will be on display and up for sale. All proceeds go to benefit the Utah County Children's Justice Center. This year there will also be a boutique, Oct. 8 from 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Oct. 9 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. plus a charity dinner and auction catered by Chef's Table--a local favorite for fancy dining--Oct. 7 from 6-9 p.m. and a Mad Hatter tea party for the kids, Oct. 9 from 2-4 p.m. Admission is free for the display and boutique. The dinner will cost you $100 a plate and the tea party is $10 per child. All for a worthy cause my neighbors! Refer to here for more info.
If you go please be on the lookout for the doll house thought up and created by my imaginative neighbor Amanda Thygerson. It's in a tree--a doll tree house. See?
I am c jane and I wish I lived in a doll house in a tree...with an outhouse.
